Exigent Wade Hampton was the first Urgent Care center in the upstate of South Carolina and therefore has many years experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine. Exigent is independently and locally owned and operated.

Our doctors and staff strive to provide the best medical care possible. We want you to have a pleasant experience here at Exigent. All of our doctors are credentialed and on hospital medical staffs. This facilitates appropriate specialty referrals and consultations. Our specialty is Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care.

We do not offer primary (continuing) care but will be happy to find you a physician to follow long term medical problems.
